A Unique Immersion Experience


The human mind is unique and we are creative emotional beings. It is imperative to our life experience that we foster an ability to return and connect with the stillness that is the source of our being. As our lives continue to unfold our most common beliefs and often held emotions continue to gain strength ingraining deeper and deeper within each individual.. Our beliefs and emotions create something referred to as a perception filter. Our unique perception filters often can predetermine our actions. This is one of the reasons truly lasting positive life changes can seem so difficult.

Meanwhile our physiology is responding to our every emotion we have on a moment to moment basis. Our breath, heart rate, cellular respiration etc.. is forever in real time conversation responding to our every emotion. Not only does this engrain these physical and emotional patterns even deeper, it directly affects the wellbeing and optimization of every cell in our bodies. It’s quite interesting to come to the realization that the vast intelligence operating within us at a cellular, molecular, atomic source level is merely responding and reacting to our patterned most often unconscious thoughts and emotions.

When we create a space to set aside the repetitive analytical functioning of our minds thoughts, beliefs and the emotions that come with them we’re able to experience consciousness time beyond our self defined and limited identification. Through this process of re-connecting with a part of ourselves that in todays society is too often overlooked we freed from the restraints of release long held patterns and beliefs During a CONSCIOUS BREATH & MEDITATIONS SESSION Derek briefly shares insights about the human mind through easily digestible info regarding the interplay of our thoughts/emotions and our mental/physical wellbeing. This is followed by a brief explanation on the roll meditation & breath-work play in optimizing and enhancing our life experience providing a refreshing and clear path towards understanding, implementing and accessing the multitude of benefits. Participants are then guided through as series of specific techniques both inducing a highly beneficial altered state of consciousness while enlivening the natural intelligence within the body via various breathing techniques.

Specific techniques include:

    • Sequenced breathing patterns/techniques to optimize and enliven internal well being while drawling one back into the body & stillness

    • Highly focused mantra based mind/body visualization techniques

    • Intuitive transcendental guiding with a seasoned certified guide.

    • Altering rate & ratio of the respiratory cycle to improve C02 tolerance while enhancing cellular absorption of oxygen throughout the body.

    • Both enhancing and minimizing various sensory inputs through musical vibration and guided visualizations.

    • Use of aromatic plants, essential oils and live acoustic instrumentation,.
